Dallyn’s Place Hub Initiative is a community fundraising campaign focused on creating a dedicated, accessible space where young adults with disabilities can connect, build friendships, participate in activities, and find a sense of belonging after aging out of school-based supports and programs. Through donations, sponsorships, fundraising events, and community partnerships, we are working toward establishing a permanent hub that will provide ongoing social, recreational, and community engagement opportunities. Every contribution helps bring us closer to creating a welcoming place where meaningful connections can thrive.

Dallyn’s Place Meet-ups brings together young adults with disabilities who are looking for opportunities to build friendships, connect with others, and become more engaged in their community. Through casual, participant-guided meetups held at local parks, coffee shops, community events, and other locations throughout the city, participants can socialize, explore shared interests, and enjoy meaningful connections in a relaxed and welcoming environment. The program is shaped by the interests of those who attend, creating opportunities for inclusion, belonging, friendship, and community participation while helping to reduce social isolation and loneliness.
Dally’s Place Community Connections was created to support young adults with disabilities who experience isolation and loneliness after leaving school and aging out of many traditional supports and programs.
We believe that not every meaningful connection needs to happen through structured programming or formal teaching. Sometimes people simply need a place where they feel comfortable, included, accepted, and connected to others.
Dally’s Place Community Connections is here to create that place.
